Terms of service

These terms govern your use of vaultspingames.com and everything we make available through it (the “service”). Using the service means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. What this service is — and is not

Vaultspin Games is a free-to-play social casino platform provided purely for entertainment. The service:

• runs on virtual credits only, which hold no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for money, goods or anything of real-world value;

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation; use bots, scripts or automation to play or to influence standings; harass other players; scrape or republish our content without permission; or represent the service as offering gambling or prizes.

5. Games and third-party content

Titles are created and operated by third-party studios and provided here in free practice mode. Outcomes are randomised by the games themselves; we do not control results. Third-party content stays the property of its owners and may carry its own terms. We may add, change or withdraw titles at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Vaultspin name, marks, site design and original written content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for private entertainment. Nothing further is granted.

7. Availability and change

8. Ending it

Stop using the service whenever you like, or ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Because virtual credits carry no value, nothing is owed for their loss on termination.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. General

These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands. Not enforcing something is not a waiver of it.
